THAT’S WHY THE TEACHERS ARE CREATED.

A TEACHER……

                          is a person with an internal dedication towards his duties of creating a child’s future. A person with a passion, of teaching a child right from the beginning of a lifelong journey. In  this path a teacher crafts a mind with his abilities and efforts making it sure that the student learn the lessons to make the life more convenient and exciting. With a caring heart and innovating mind a teacher can transform an empty vessel to a fruitful bucket.

                          With all great values, of giving a student the power of learning and the motivation to stand of his own and with the motivation throughout the lifetime.

A teacher is the first person of the child’s outer world whom he shakes hand and started an endless journey of learning. The place of a teacher is always said to be above all the gods. He is the one who modifies the god’s raw creation(humans) into human beings. They are the best for shaping the career and ambitions of a student. They are the role models of our society.

A good teacher is far beyond some educational degrees or some specific subject knowledge. An ideal teacher understands a student first and guide them to go forward. A teacher must be creative, resourceful, caring, understanding, patient, disciplinarian, motivating, respectful, fair and flexible, hardworking, smart and intelligent, and above all a role model for their students.

In THINKANCE, we understand the role of a teacher, their importance in the class and their impact on our student’s growth. We believe that a capable or experienced teacher can make the journey of a child joyful, inspiring and goal oriented. We have a set of really good and experienced mentors as well as teachers in our bouquet.

First and foremost, our respected Principal Ms. Ranjana Arora ma’am with almost over 30 years of experience in Education. She also won prestigious merit awards in Maths and Physics given away by honourable former education minister, Shri Arvinder Singh Lovely, for their spectacular performance. A perfect example of her wholesome management keeping the traditional knowledge with the advance approach in her mind for the new tech savvy world. Good communication skills and strategy building is her speciality.

The next flower in our bouquet is Ms. Sheifali Verma, the Headmistress of our school, again comes up with a total of 8 years of experience in teaching and handling the core administration of the department. She always believes that a kindergarten teacher must not rely on any specific subject knowledge but should be adaptive and observant to various abilities and behaviour of their students. She possesses good communication skills. she is both supportive as well as commanding as per the situation required. She is dedicated and passionate towards her work.

We have a set of other teachers who are directly involved with the students in the classrooms. Some more are in line.
